The subordinated loan of SEK 54 million that in 2010 replaced Proventus’ portion of a previous subordinated loan issued in connection with BRIO’s share issue in 2006 falls due for payment on September 22 of this year. Proventus and BRIO have reached an agreement whereby Proventus on 22 September 2011 will extend the loan to BRIO until 31 December 2013. The loan will continue to carry an annual interest rate of 9 percent, which will be capitalized, however.
