BRIO celebrates 130th anniversary at Nuremberg Toy Fair
BRIO is kicking off its 130th celebration at Nuremberg Toy Fair January 29th – February 3rd. A celebratory new range will be showcased including a remake of the first toy ever made by BRIO.
The Swedish toy company's message is simple - Never grow old. It is, after all, playfulness and inherent power of play that has enabled BRIO to develop and flourish.
BRIO will continue to expand its toy range based on their open ended play systems such as the Railways and Builder. BRIO will be showcasing new products at the fair including a pull along horse inspired by the Osby horse, the first toy ever made by BRIO. The spring release also includes a jungle themed expansion for Railways and three new musical instruments for toddlers. The fall release includes a Roller Coaster and Ferry Set expansion for Railways and new building boxes for Builder.
"We are celebrating 130 years of never growing old. It's a campaign that highlights the importance and joy of play and BRIO’s mission to create happy childhood memories. We have been doing it for generations and will always continue to do so, says Sophie Elvefors, Deputy Managing Director of BRIO.
The Celebratory campaign will be supported with a global digital social media campaign, PR activities throughout the year and advertising.
BRIO can be found at Hall 4 C55/D50 at the Nuremberg Toy Fair from January 29th –
