BRIO brings never-ending play to the table at Nuremberg Toy Fair

BRIO-Never stop playing

Never stop playing!

BRIO presents a trainload of sparkling news for 2015. An infant range for the little ones to chew on, a rainbow coloured starter railway series and hundreds of free BRIO Play tables spreading joy all over the world, are just some of the magic on board.

Never stop playing!
131 years young, the creative vision lives on as a guiding light for the years to come. The ambition is not just to make toys that last for generations. BRIO believes in enriching lives, in childhood and beyond.
To highlight the importance of play, BRIO will place hundreds of Play Tables around the world during the year. The tables will appear in both stores and public places. The whole idea is to invite both children and their parents to share endless moments of play and get an understanding of BRIOs world of fun.

The joy of the first BRIO toy
Small enough for tiny hands, large enough to make a big impression! A new range of educational infant products, specifically tailored for 0-12 month’s, will be launched this year. A Rattle Kit and a Motion Wobbler are some of the new products that inspire young minds and create happy childhood memories.
BRIO will also launch a new range of the iconic Push alongs, called Mini’s. Just push them along the floor and watch the Mini’s move around!
– At the age of 0-3, children are full of emotions. This is a period of intense development and children learn to talk, use their body and express emotions. Toys and play help children communicate, says Michael Heun, Head of Product Development at BRIO.

Colourful news for curious train drivers
It is time for the youngest train drivers to track down some new fun! Therefore, BRIO introduces a new edition of My First Railway for children aged from 18 months and up. With this playful train there are more things to explore than just the tracks ahead. Take the train to this new and rainbow-coloured introduction to the Railway world.
– Development starts with the basics. Kids see primary colours clearest, so My First Railway is made with a pleasing palette to match this, says Michael Heun, Head of Product Development at BRIO.

Saddle up for a ride through the countryside
Children form a special relationship to animals and their surrounding nature, through play. That is why BRIO expands the Railway World with a Countryside Horse Set that takes the children for an exciting ride through the countryside.

Railway Advent Calendar - a box of fun
The BRIO Advent Calendar is an eagerly awaited addition to the Railway series. It enables children to build their very own BRIO world, each day until Christmas. They can even use the packaging to create their own scenery for the railway sets.

FSC® certified toys
As of 2014, all of our wooden toys are made from FSC® certified wood. The FSC (Forest Stewardship Council®) is a not-for-profit organization that safeguards, monitors and encourages sustainable forest management. FSC certification means that all wood we use at BRIO is traceable and originates from respons-ible forestry. It ensures that our raw material does not come from illegal logging. An FSC certification also represents an ongoing effort to improve forest workers’ conditions.

BRIO can be found at Hall 4 C55/D50 at Nuremberg Toy Fair from January 28 – February 2.
